Davies Pumps CRD series pumps are a stainless steel wet end single impeller centrifugal pump for CIP (clean in place) applications, circulation and pressure boosting. High temperature rated with EPDM seals as standard or Viton available on request.
Wide range of performances across three different series, available with single or three-phase motors.
Applications:
- Dairy vat wash
- Chilled water closed loop circulation
- Hot water washing and circulation
- Pressure boosting

- Wash-down
Technical Details:
- Maximum liquid temperature: +110°c
- Minimum liquid temperature: -15°c
- Maximum casing pressure: 8Bar
Optional Upgrades:
- Viton elastomers (chemical and heat resistant)
Construction Materials:
- 304 Stainless steel Pump body, seal plate, shaft & impeller
- Mechanical seal: Silicon carbide/Carbon/EPDM
Motor Features:
- Totally enclosed, fan cooled. Continuous rated
- 2900 RPM, 50Hz 230V Single phase or 400Volts Three phase
- IP55 Protection
- Single phase version fitted with auto reset internal overload
- Three phase version requires user supplied overload
